Life on the floor
What the work is actually like.
Most of what leaves our plants goes to a government buyer, which means it is inspected, measured and signed for. That sets the standard for everything else.
Plant and site, both
Two plants at Pimpalnare, Dindori. Site work takes teams elsewhere in Maharashtra and, on larger contracts, across India.
Trained on the floor
Fabrication, welding and quality control are learned here, alongside people who have been doing the work for years. Come in willing and you will be taught.

We would rather train someone careful than hire someone fast. If you can read a drawing and own your work, the rest is teachable.
