What we collect

We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on this site: your name, your organisation, your phone number, your email address, the sector you selected and your message. Nothing else on this website asks you for personal information.

Our server records the IP address a form submission came from. We use it for one purpose: limiting how many submissions a single address can send in an hour, so the form cannot be used to flood our inbox.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to route it to the right person, and to keep a record of what was asked and what we answered. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Where it goes

A submission is emailed to info@finexindustries.com and written to a log file on our hosting account, stored outside the public area of the server. You also receive an automatic acknowledgement confirming we have it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets one cookie, and only if you interact with the enquiry form: a session cookie that carries the security token protecting the form against misuse. It expires when you close your browser.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no social media pixels on this site. Fonts are served from our own server rather than from a third party, so loading a page here does not tell anyone else that you visited.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are commercially useful — typically the life of the tender or project they relate to, and our own record-keeping obligations after that. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what we hold on you.

Your rights

Write to info@finexindustries.com and you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable period and confirm in writing what we have done.
